DERC Salotech has designed and manufactured a complete line of abrasive waterjet cutting tools for industrial applications. The system is easy to use and flexible to adapt to the application. The so-called “cold cutting” is the solution to all industrial tank and pipe cutting tasks. As a standard package DERC Salotech offers a starter kit that includes magnetic Positioning Palette, Air Operated Drive Head, Control Panel, Cutting Nozzle and Abrasive Hopper.

Not All Cuts Are The Same

The DERC Standard Cutting Set is flexible and modular. It can be easily adapted to your needs. Besides the standard kit, DERC Salotech offers customized solutions for special cutting problems such as Manhole Cutters, Pipe Belts and Internal Cutters. You can use the DERC Abrasive Cutting System with your existing high pressure installation.

Standard Cut Set

The DERC Abrasive Cutting System is easy to use and flexible to adapt to the application. The DERC Positioning Pallet is made of flexible stainless steel and clamps to flat surfaces and large diameters by magnet or vacuum technique. The standard length is 1.5 meters and longer lengths are available. The DERC Air Driven Drive Head will be placed in the Positioning Path. The DERC Air Driven Drive Head drives the abrasive cutting head action and is air powered. The height of the cutting head is adjustable. The DERC Air Operated Drive Head comes with mounting bracket for parallel and vertical cutting.

When space or other constraints prevent cutting from the outside, the solution that makes it possible to cut the pipe from the inside is the DERC Internal Pipe Cutter.
