This cleaning system is designed, for example, for cleaning long extruder screws used in drums with a high pressure water jet. The closed system is a fully automatic, PLC controlled system.

After the extruder screw is placed in the system, you close the covers. The extruder screw is rotated by electrically driven bundle rollers. The cleaning steps and speed of the vehicle can be adjusted by the operator. The nozzles, in this case 2 Monro-Jet, are mounted on an electrically powered carriage that moves back and forth on a guide rail. At a safe distance, the operator programs and monitors the entire cleaning process. The system works with your own high pressure unit and vacuum truck.
