RobotArm with remote control on positioning frame for cleaning objects below ground level
DERC Salotech designed the DERC RobotArm on an XYZ positioning frame for cleaning objects such as compressor housings. The remote-controlled RobotArm provides a thorough cleaning with the mounted rotating head. The frame has four adjustable levelers to position the frame higher or lower. The frame can be placed on various objects to be cleaned by the RobotArm. Cleaning below ground level is possible. The robot arm is placed on an electrically powered carrier with ball bearings that performs X-Y motion. The Z-rail bucket can rotate 350° around its axis and has an articulated arm at the bottom of the rails. This arm rotates up to 270° around its axis and has an inclination angle of 90°. The system is operated by a remote control panel containing all necessary functions and emergency stop.
