Fast and Effective Cleaning with High Operator Safety

The DERC Rotocar Cleaning System has been developed to very quickly and highly efficiently remove difficult deposits and crusts inside tubes or pipelines, with extremely high safety standards for the operator.

The DERC RotoCar unit rotates a rubber high pressure hose. The rotation is done by an air motor. The “feeding mechanism” will automatically feed or pull the hose into or out of the pipe. The speed of the high pressure hose can be adjusted manually for optimum cleaning results in different applications.

Spin, Push and Pull

RotoCar combines a fast and effective cleaning method with high operator satisfaction. RotoCar rotates the high pressure hose via a swivel, gearbox and air motor. The rotating hose passes through the supply unit, which pushes or pulls the high pressure hose in or out of the pipe. The RotoCar is equipped with a sliding coupling that allows the high pressure hose to rotate only when under pressure. Rotocar’s operation is simple and effective: an air-powered high-pressure swivel turns a high-pressure hose. At the end of the hose is a fixed nozzle that sprays high pressure water, providing a safe and efficient cleaning method.

The Feeding Unit is provided with adjustable wheels to automatically feed or pull the hose in or out of the pipe. The rotational motion is synchronized with the forward motion of the nozzle. This ensures a hassle-free cleaning of the entire tube.

A Hose Guide is mounted in front of the pipe. This Hose Guide is fully adjustable so the hose can be fed smoothly.

The speed of the high pressure hose can be adjusted manually for the best cleaning result in different applications. An adjustable clamping device is mounted in front of the tube or tube to place the hose in the middle of the tube. To prevent damage to the rotating hose, there is a 2″ stainless steel flexible pipe installed between the clamp device and the feeding mechanism.

Cleans Up Complicated, Bent Pipes

The rotating hose provides an excellent cleaning effect in combination with our special range of nozzles and is suitable for cleaning the most complex, curved and longest pipeline structures. The maximum working pressure is 1000 bar at a maximum flow of 380 l/min or a maximum of 1400 bar at a maximum flow of 190 l/min.
