DERC Salotech designs, manufactures and offers a wide range of stainless steel adapters, fittings and manifolds up to 4000 bar for the high pressure water jet, oil and gas industry.
Standard Product Range
The table below shows just one example of what we can provide. Our standard product range, which we can deliver quickly from stock, consists of both nozzle holders for nozzles and all kinds of tank cleaning heads. There are endless possibilities with the thread type and size that can be produced in our own factory.

Design
Nozzle holders and caps are made of stainless steel and designed by our own engineers. Everything manufactured by DERC is made according to drawings and has its own unique part number. The high pressure water jet is designed according to the latest quality standards and requirements for the oil and gas industry. For safety and traceability, all products we manufacture are marked with a part number, maximum working pressure and threaded connection.
Producing
All the products we produce are produced according to the latest quality standards in our up-to-date machinery. Before the products leave our factory, all necessary controls and measurement controls have been made. Our production personnel are trained in the latest production standards and techniques.
Tests and Certificates
The products designed and manufactured by DERC Salotech are tested to withstand the maximum working pressure for which they are designed. We also test our standard products with hydrostatic pressure tests. These hydrostatic tests are also carried out in our own machine park. All products produced by us can be supplied with a test certificate upon request.
