We are an international leader in the production of spiral-shaped thermoplastic ultra-high pressure hoses with steel wire reinforcement. These hoses are suitable for pressures ranging from 250 bar to 4,000 bar and have inner diameters between 3 mm and 32 mm. To meet the high requirements of customers from different market segments, SPIR STAR® offers ultra-high pressure hoses made from different materials. For example, the inner core tube can be made of polyamide (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The hose cover can be made of polyamide (PA), polyurethane (TPU), or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

To ensure maximum safety for our customers even at high pressures, the hoses are subject to strict quality standards and many SPIR STAR® hoses are certified according to international standards such as EN 1829-2 or ISO 19880-5.
